No it doesn't look like a witch! Maybe you'd feel better with out the black tights/leggings. Plus, witches don't wear any color and you had red on! I voted for Mark!
ya, i'm not a huge fan of black tights. kill the under shirt and show some cleavage.
I think you look darling, as always! But I think if you ditched the tights and just wore some sassy strappy heels, that would be killer. UGH, I need new Sunday clothes!
